The Imaging Technology research team is focused on developing advancing imaging software solutions, early intervention of mental illness and image based methods and technology to simplify diagnosis. The team was established in 2009.
During the 2015 General Session, the Legislature appropriated for Fiscal Year 2016, $933,100 from all sources for U of U Imaging Technology. This is a 10.7 percent increase from Fiscal Year 2015 revised estimated amounts from all sources. The total includes $933,100 from the General/Education Funds, an increase of 10.7 percent from revised Fiscal Year 2015 estimates.
